Delete your PawVet account

PawVet is operated by DJUMP, MB.

You can delete your PawVet account and everything stored under it at any time. There are two ways to do it: from inside the app, which is immediate, or by email if you no longer have the app installed.

Option 1 — from inside the app (immediate)

1. Open PawVet and sign in.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Open Settings.
4. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
5. Confirm when asked. The action cannot be undone.

Your account and all of the records listed below are removed from our database as part of that confirmation, and you are signed out immediately.

Option 2 — by email

Email start@djump.io from the address your account uses and ask for deletion. We respond within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm from the account email address before deleting, so that nobody else can delete your records.

Deleting some of your data, without deleting your account

You do not have to delete your whole account to remove records. Inside the app you can delete any individual item and it is removed from our database straight away:

• A pet — open the pet, choose Delete. This also deletes that pet's vet visits, vaccinations and medications.
• A single vet visit, vaccination or medication — open the pet, open the record, choose Delete.
• Push notifications — turn reminders off in Settings and the notification token is dropped.

If you would rather we did it for you, email start@djump.io and say which records to remove. We respond within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account and login credentials
• Your profile — display name and email address
• Every pet profile — name, species, breed, birth date, weight and photo URL
• Every vet visit record
• Every vaccination record
• Every medication record
• Your push notification token

What is kept, and for how long

• Purchase and subscription records — kept by Google and RevenueCat, not by us. We never receive or store card details. Deleting your PawVet account does not cancel an active subscription: cancel it in the Google Play subscription settings, otherwise it keeps renewing.
• Anonymised product analytics — usage events that are not linked to your account after deletion and cannot be traced back to you.
• Backups — deleted records may persist in encrypted database backups for up to 30 days, after which they are overwritten.
• Records we are legally required to retain — for example invoices, where tax law sets the retention period.
