Welcome to PawVet, operated by DJUMP, MB. By using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the app.

1. Use of the App

You may use PawVet only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to disrupt our servers, reverse-engineer the app, or share account credentials with anyone outside your household.

2. Accounts

You create an account via email, Google, or Apple. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. You can delete your account from inside the app or by emailing start@djump.io.

3. Free and Premium Plans

PawVet offers a free tier limited to one pet with basic logging. The premium tier unlocks unlimited pets, partner sharing, and vet visit export for $3.99 / month (or a discounted annual rate). Premium is billed by Apple or Google through their respective stores, auto-renews until cancelled, and is subject to their refund policies — we cannot issue refunds directly.

4. Intellectual Property

DJUMP, MB owns the PawVet app, its name, design, and software. You retain ownership of the content you enter — your pet records, photos, and notes. You grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to provide the service to you.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. PawVet is not a veterinary service. It does not diagnose, prescribe, or replace professional veterinary advice. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for medical decisions about your pets.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DJUMP, MB is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including any health outcome for your pet.

7. Privacy

Use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the app after the changes are posted means you accept them.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Lithuania.
