PawVet ("we", "our", or "the app") is operated by DJUMP, MB. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use PawVet.
1. Information We Collect

2. Information We Do Not Collect
- We do not collect payment or credit card information. All payments are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) through RevenueCat.
- We do not share your pet health data with third parties, veterinary services, or insurance companies.
- We do not collect location data, contact lists, or your photo library.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide core app functionality — pet profiles, visits, vaccinations, medications.
- To authenticate your account and sync data across devices.
- To send push notification reminders for upcoming appointments and due dates (opt-in).
- To analyze app usage patterns and improve the user experience.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely using Supabase with row-level security (RLS), meaning only you can access your own pet records. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. We use industry-standard security practices. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Third-Party Services
- Supabase — Authentication, database hosting, and data storage with row-level security.
- RevenueCat — Subscription and payment management (processes payments through Apple and Google).
- Mixpanel — Anonymized product analytics.
- Resend — Transactional email and newsletter delivery for our website.
- Apple / Google — App distribution and in-app purchase processing.
6. Your Rights
You can access, update, or delete your data from inside the app at any time. To request a full export or permanent deletion of your account, email start@djump.io and we will respond within 30 days.
7. Children's Privacy
PawVet is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced through an in-app notice or by email to the address on your account.
